Thomas Moore, Bard na hÉireann

Duke features in a new documentary on TG4 called ‘Thomas Moore, Bard na hÉireann’, which journeys through the fascinating life and legacy of one of Ireland’s most enigmatic poets/lyricists.

It will be broadcast on TG4 in Ireland on Saturday 28th December at 8.25pm and repeated on Wednesday 8th January at 9.30pm. It will be also available to view worldwide on the TG4 player after it has been broadcast on the 28th.

Made by Imagine Media Productions, the programme explores Moore’s intriguing life and work, while hearing new interpretations of many of his best-known songs from contemporary artists including Duke.
